Terms of Service

Welcome to Devout Hospitality! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our consulting services and other services, including both unpaid and paid offerings. By accessing, purchasing or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

Training Needs Analysis Survey

1. Scope of Service:
As part of the Pilot Proposal, Devout Hospitality will provide a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Survey to assess the training needs of the Client’s Front Office or Restaurant Service team. The survey is designed to identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and development opportunities.

2. Deliverables:

A digital survey tailored to Front Office or Restaurant Service operations.

Collection and analysis of survey responses.

A summary report detailing key findings, identified skill gaps, and training recommendations.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 The total price for the services provided under this Terms is: 72$ (seventy two USA dollars) as specified by Devout Hospitality’s Website (www.devouthospitality.com/tna) at the time of placing an order by the Client.

3.2 Payment terms

3.2.1. 100% Credit card payment at the time of placing an order

3.2.2. 100% Bank transfer via invoice available on request

3.3. In case Bank Transfer, Client receives the Service only after the payment is received by Devout Hospitality in full.

4. Refunds and Disputes

4.1 Refunds and disputes will be handled in accordance with UAE Consumer Rights regulations:

Full refunds may be issued in case services are cancelled by the Client before the Training Needs Analysis Survey Report is being processed.

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or in progress unless proven to be defective or non-compliant with the agreed specifications.

4.2 Any disputes must be communicated promptly in writing, and both parties will endeavour to resolve issues amicably.

5. Terms of Execution:

5.1. The survey link will be shared with the Client within 24 hours after Client registers online at www.devouthosptality.com/tna and submits a brief form stating which team will take part in the Survey and how many team members will respond.

5.2. The survey is available for either the Front Office or F&B service team. The Client must specify their selection in the brief form.

5.3. Participants will have 3 days to complete the survey. Upon Client’s request, the survey link’s validity can be extended for an additional 2 days.

5.4. Devout Hospitality will send one reminder email before the survey link expires.

5.5. Minimum of 80% of total number of participants stated in the brief form by the Client are required to submit their responses in order for TNA report to be issued.

5.6. If response rates remain below 80% after the Survey Link expires, the TNA Report will not be issued due to insufficient data for accurate and reliable analysis. Client will be notified of the same by Devout Hospitality.

5.7. Data analysis and report generation will be completed within 3 working days after the survey closes and minimum amount of responses are submitted.

5.8. The Report will be sent in a digital reed-only format available at Devout Hospitality website.

6. Client Responsibilities:

6.1. Ensure relevant team members participate in the survey.

6.2. Oversee the completion of the survey within the agreed timeframe.

6.3. Fill up a feedback form to review findings and recommendations.

7. Confidentiality:

All collected data will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of assessing training needs. Individual responses will not be disclosed without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Devout Hospitality provides the TNA Survey Service as a diagnostic tool for identifying training needs. The accuracy and effectiveness of recommendations depend on the completeness and honesty of survey responses. Devout Hospitality shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the Client based on survey findings.

9. Duration & Expiry:
The TNA Survey Service is available only for the duration of 7 working days. Any additional analysis or follow-up services beyond this scope may be subject to a separate agreement and associated fees.
