Welcome to Devout Hospitality! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our e-learning consulting services and other services, including both unpaid and paid offerings. By accessing or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Overview of Services
Devout Hospitality provides the following services:
1.1 Unpaid Services
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): A complimentary evaluation to identify Client training requirements. (To see T&Cs of this service click here)
Free Materials: Includes resources and tools available for sign-up, viewing or download on www.devouthospitality.com.
1.2 Paid Services
Product Knowledge Learning Videos offer: E-learning videos tailored to one specific training topic. (To see T&Cs of this service click here)
Customized E-Learning for hotels & restaurants: Bespoke training content designed to address the Client’s unique needs, covering key aspects of frontline operations. (To see T&Cs of this service click here)
2. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
2.1 Unpaid Services
All materials provided as part of unpaid services remain the property of Devout Hospitality and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. All Unpaid services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
Materials and analyses are intended for informational purposes only and must not be redistributed, sold, or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
2.2 Paid Services
All customized content created for the Client is licensed for internal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to external entities.
Content ownership resides with the Client, subject to restrictions outlined in these Terms.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Available payment methods:
Bank card
Invoice with bank transfer upon Contract acceptance by the Client.
3.2 Payment options for paid services depend on the Product and can include one of the following:
100% prepayment upon order placement, or via invoice before the Start date
50% deposit upon order placement and 50% balance before the Start Date
Payment Terms for each product are specified in it’s Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the timeline specified in the contract or in Product description on relevant pages of www.devouthospitality.com
4. Refunds and Disputes
4.1 Refunds and disputes will be handled in accordance with Dubai Consumer Rights regulations:
Full refunds may be issued in case services are cancelled by the Client before the reserved Start date.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or in progress unless proven to be defective or non-compliant with the agreed specifications.
4.2 Any disputes must be communicated promptly in writing, and both parties will endeavour to resolve issues amicably.
5. Personal Data Collection and Use
5.1 Devout Hospitality collects personal information from Clients to deliver its services. This includes, but is not limited to:
Names, email addresses, and company details provided during project initiation.
Employees’ names and email addresses in cases where the Learning Management System (LMS) is utilized.
5.2 Personal data will only be used for service delivery, communication, and internal record-keeping.
5.3 Devout Hospitality adheres to applicable data protection laws and ensures the secure handling of all personal information within the third party platforms used to provide services.
5.4 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service delivery.
6. Liability
6.1 Devout Hospitality will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of unpaid or paid services.
6.2 The Client takes full responsibility for the implementation and proper use of all materials and content provided.
6.3 Devout Hospitality is committed to providing high-quality services, paid or unpaid.
6.4 All projects will be delivered according to agreed-upon deadlines, provided that the Client submits all required materials on time.
7. No Guarantees of Results
8.1 Devout Hospitality does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of our services, whether unpaid or paid.
8.2 The success of the training content depends on:
Learner engagement and abilities.
Correct implementation and consistent usage by the Client.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 Devout Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
9.2 Changes will be communicated to Clients and will only apply to future engagements unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE VIDEOS TERMS OF SERVICE
The Tailored Product Knowledge Videos service by Devout Hospitality is a specialized offering designed to provide targeted online training content on one (1) chosen topic as specified by the Client. For restaurants, this may include one menu item; for hotels, one room type. By purchasing this service, the Client agrees to the following terms:
11. Scope of Service
11.1 Each video focuses solely on the topic selected by the Client during the briefing process (form submission).
11.2 The learning content is created using stock videos and materials provided by the Client. No onsite videography is included in this service.
1.3 The number of videos for this service is determined by the scope and complexity of agreed-upon topic. Video length can vary depending on the subject and volume of provided materials, but be from one (1) to five (5) minutes long.
2. Ownership and Usage Rights
2.1 The Client retains ownership of the finalized video(s).
2.2 Videos are licensed for internal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed outside the Client’s organization.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 The price for this service is $97.
3.2 Payment options include:
Credit card at a time of order placement.
Bank transfer via invoice.
3.3 Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the project.
4. Amendments
4.1 This service does not include complimentary amendments after the project is completed.
4.2. Changes are possible only at the phase of scripts review and must be approved by the Client before video content production.
4.2 Any requested script changes post production will incur a fee determined by the scope of work required and agreed with the Client.
5. Workflow and Client Responsibilities
5.1 The Client is required to:
Complete and submit the brief form provided by Devout Hospitality after placing an order.
Provide all necessary materials and information as requested for the development of the training content. Timely submission of the brief and required information is essential to meet project deadlines. Scripts are developed within three (3) working days after all materials are submitted by the Client.
Review and approve all learning scripts withing 3 (days) upon receiving.
The estimate video content production time is one (1) week from the time all scripts are approved and accepted by the Client.
6. Distribution and Monitoring
6.1 This service does not include access to any Learning Management System (LMS).
6.2 The Client is solely responsible for distributing the video(s) and monitoring the learning progress of their employees.
7. No Guarantees of Results
Devout Hospitality does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of these videos. The effectiveness of the training depends on the Client’s distribution & training methods, as well as various factors like employee engagement and individual learners abilities.

CUSTOMIZED E-LEARNING TERMS OF SERVICE
Customized E-Learning is a training content designed by Devout Hospitality to address the Client’s unique needs related to key aspects of operation: guest journey procedures, selected technical skills, product knowledge, problem handling, new hires onboarding. This content is targeting frontline staff of hotels and restaurants. By purchasing this service, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
1.1. Devout Hospitality develops and designs learning Content in a form of videos, text, downloadable files, tailored to the Client’s training needs based on Devout Hospitality’s pre-defined module topics (www.devouthospitality.com/modules).
1.2. Type of Content is also defined by the selected package at the time of placing an order by the Client, as specified by Devout Hospitality (www.devouthospitality.com/pricing).
1.3. The learning content is created using stock videos, pictures and graphics, materials provided by the Client, and content produced during onsite videography.
1.4. Onsite videography is available as follows:
as a part of Extra Mile package
as a part of All Inclusive package
for Flexible package this service is available as an add-on at the time of placing an order on the website at a charge of $4000 (USA)
1.5. The number of videos per project is determined by the scope of agreed-upon modules and complexity of Client’s materials. One (1) video length can vary depending on the subject and volume of provided materials, but be anywhere from half a minute (0.5) to five (5) minutes long.
1.6. Services provided within one project are determined by the package description and are not subject to any modifications by the Client. All additional service request are subject to review, consultant’s availability and extra charge that will depend on the scope of requested work.
1.7. Devout Hospitality reserves the right to change services included in the packages, package titles and pricing without any prior notifications. All purchased packages are not subject to any changes and all services stated in the contract shall be delivered as agreed at the time of contract acceptance.
2. Ownership and Usage Rights
2.1. The Client retains ownership of all customized e-learning content created under this agreement.
2.2. Content is licensed for internal use only and is strictly limited to the Client’s company.
2.3. The Client may not sell, distribute, or share the content with third parties, including affiliates, partners, or other entities outside the Client's company.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 The price for this service is determined by the selected package as specified by Devout Hospitality (www.devouthospitality.com/pricing) at the time of placing an order, including any add-ons chosen by the Client.
3.2 Payment options include:
Credit card via payment link once Client accepts the Contract Terms.
Bank transfer via invoice once Client accepts the Contract Terms.
Contract is prepared and sent to the Client within 48 hours after the order placement.
3.3 Payment must be made in full prior to the reserved Start Date.
3.4. In case of payment delays without any prior notifications the reserved Start Date can be offered to a different Client. In this case the Client has a right to choose another available Start Date.
4. Consulting Start Date and Deadlines
4.1. The e-learning consulting service Start date is chosen by the Client from the available dates at the time of placing an order and specified in the Contract.
4.2. Start Date determines the start of script creation for the learning videos.
4.3. Start Date is reserved until the established payment deadline and is confirmed only after payment and required project details are received from the Client in full.
4.4. Deadlines for key deliverables, including script approval, videography scheduling, and LMS setup (if applicable), will follow the timeline outlined on www.devouthospitality.com/howitworks.
4.5. Both parties are expected to adhere to these deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
5. Workflow and Client Responsibilities
5.1. To ensure timely and successful project delivery, the Client must:
Submit a brief form and schedule a call with a Devout Hospitality consultant (optional) to outline project requirements.
Provide all necessary materials and details required for e-learning content creation, such as branding guidelines, images, videos and other relevant information within the deadlines specified at www.devouthospitality.com/howitworks.
Review and approve scripts within the established deadlines to avoid project delays. Delayed approvals may affect overall project timelines.
Arrange and confirm onsite videography dates and schedule (if included in the package). Dates and schedules must be finalized once scripts are sent for Client’s approval. Client will receive an email notification with video shoot booking request. Confirmed Dates cannot be changed less than two (2) weeks before the shoot without incurring additional costs.
Provide timely information for learners who will access the LMS, including employee details and email addresses, as required by the purchased package.
5.2. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional charges, or rescheduling fees.
6. Onsite Videography
6.1. Onsite videography included in the Extra Mile and All Inclusive packages, as well as add-on service for Flexible package and is organized by Devout Hospitality as follows:
Third-party suppliers are chosen, confirmed and sponsored by Devout Hospitality
For businesses outside of UAE, a Devout Hospitality consultant reserves the right to direct the video shoot team remotely using the services of telecommunication.
Duration as an Add-on service for Flexible package: one (1) full day of shooting
Duration for Extra Mile Package: Up to two (2) full days of shooting.
Duration All Inclusive Package: Up to three (3) full days of shooting.
6.2. Scope of Videography:
Video shooting includes Client’s premises, team members, and workflows, directly related to the learning modules.
Footage will only be used for the Client's e-learning content creation.
6.3. Client Responsibilities:
Provide adequate space and make necessary arrangements for the shoot.
Confirm dates and times once scripts are finalized.
Changes to confirmed schedules less than two (2) weeks prior to the shoot will result in additional costs, which will be covered by the Client.
7. Amendments to Content
7.1. Amendments to content are available at the phase of Scripts review and approval by the Client and are provided as follows:
amendments are limited to changes to descriptions and phrasings related to product, guest interactions, workflows, procedures, technical aspects, brand and company information.
each amendment request can take up to three (3) working days to be fulfilled
Client takes full responsibility for any project delays related to amendment requests
7.2. Client is responsible to provide accurate and detailed information required for the project as specified in the brief form to minimize amendments.
7.3. Client understands that all scripts are based on provided materials, including but not limited to products descriptions, standard operating procedures, workflows, instructions, guidelines, company and brand information.
7.4. Devout Hospitality reserves the right to rephrase materials in line with learning goals.
7.5. Amendments to content after the project is completed are subject to three (3) complimentary amendments per project that cover the following:
Scripts adjustments.
Adjustments to graphics.
Integration of stock videos or pre-existing materials.
7.6. One (1) amendment equals to any of the changes stated in clause 7.5. related to one (1) content unit (video).
7.7. Additional amendments post project delivery beyond the complimentary limit are available at extra cost, determined by the scope of work, and will be agreed upon in writing.
8. Learning Management System (LMS) Subscription
8.1. Devout Hospitality uses LMS subscription duration depends on the purchased package and ranges from six (6) months to one (1) year.
8.2. Only the Client’s employees, including one designated person from the management team, can access the LMS.
The designated management team member will have rights to monitor learner progress and compile reports.
8.3. The Client must specify:
The number of employees who require access.
The name and contact details of the designated management team member.
This information must be provided in writing before access is granted.
8.4. Access will be provided via a registration link once the video content is ready, and is limited to content developed and designed as part of this project.
8.5. During the valid subscription period, the Client must notify Devout Hospitality in the event of employee resignations or new hires to adjust access accordingly.
8.6 Complimentary LMS subscriptions are available only for Customized E-Learning Packages, as specified on www.devouthospitality.com/pricing
8.7. Subscription extensions with access to content developed and designed as part of this project are available at additional charge of $550 per year.
9. Additional Services
9.1. Extra Mile and All inclusive packages include the following additional services:
Development of a Service Audit Checklist based on Client’s SOPs related to the Guest Journey or Sequence of service. The Client will use the Service Audit Checklist as pre-training and post-training self-evaluation.
Development of a Training Plan includes recommendations on utilizing created e-learning materials along with any off-line follow up activities for the best possible performance outcomes. Client is fully responsible for the implementation of such recommendations.
10. Use of Third-Party AI Services and Technical Platforms
10.1. Devout Hospitality may utilize third-party AI services, such as chatbots or other automation tools, to enhance training delivery and user engagement.
10.2. While these services are integrated to support the training process, Devout Hospitality:
Does not oversee or control the specific interactions users have with third-party AI systems.
Is not responsible for the content, outcomes, or consequences of such conversations or their interpretation by learners.
10.3. The Client acknowledges and accepts these limitations when using AI-enabled services provided by Devout Hospitality.
10.4. Devout Hospitality also uses third-party platforms to provide the best learning experience but is not responsible for any technical issues or downtime related to those platforms.
11. Emergency and Force Majeure
11.1 Devout Hospitality is not responsible for delays or the inability to provide services due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or technical disruptions.
11.2 In such events, the Client will be offered either a full refund or alternative service dates, based on mutual agreement.
12. No Guarantees of Results
Devout Hospitality does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of these videos. The effectiveness of the training depends on the Client’s distribution & training methods, as well as various factors like employee engagement and individual learners abilities.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. All materials created by Devout Hospitality, whether paid or unpaid, including scripts, videos, graphics, and other training materials, are protected by intellectual property laws.
13.2. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of these materials outside the agreed-upon internal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
